![]() ![]() I just did a lil experiment with the song mercy by kanye. Ok yall hopefully this clears things up for anyone having the same problem. Post added at 03:46 PM - Previous post was at 03:25 PM. Oh and by the way if the problem is essentially that my regular sound card just isn't very good, then why is it that when I play it back in a car or any other speakers, it doesn't sound as clean as when I am working in Asio4all? Is it just that asio4all makes everything sound better? lol So what I'm asking is how come exporting the track doesn't sound as clean/crisp/loud as when I am producing in FL with the asio driver? When I export it, it sounds like if I were working on the regular driver like in the video above. ![]() (This particular track isn't mixed properly since I was messing around with everything to try to figure out the problem.) Not just louder either but it sounds how I wanted it to sound when I mix my tracks. I know you can't hear the difference in the video since the program I used to record won't record sound with asio selected but what happens is on asio4all, the whole beat sounds cleaner, and crisper. Notice how the levels change depending on if I have the regular driver selected or the asio4all driver. ![]()
